Meet Heather

Heather Thomson is the owner of Heather Thomson Consulting Services Inc. and and co-owner of LumiLead, a leadership development company.

Heather is a Certified Executive Coach with a Professional Coaching Certificate designation from the International Coaching Federation. She holds a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership, a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, an accreditations in emotional intelligence, personality dimensions, and The Fearless Organization Scan. She is a speaker and co-author of Mind the Gap: Navigating Your Leadership Journey.

Heather is passionate about empowering teams and fostering fearless organizations where trust, collaboration, and innovation thrive. With over 29 years of experience in education and a successful transition to leadership coaching, Heather has partnered with a diverse range of organizations across the public, private, and non-profit sectors, including education, health care, and corporate environments.

Heather has a deep commitment to making a meaningful impact in the lives of her clients and beyond. She has shared her expertise on leadership, team dynamics, and overcoming impostor syndrome with audiences both locally and internationally.
